How often should I vacuum my condenser and how?
We recommend vacuuming your condenser every 3 - 6 months. Cleaning the
condenser is important for the overall operations of the unit including
cooling functions. A dirty condenser may lead to warm temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer.
To clean interior surfaces and removable parts, wash with a mild solution of
soap and lukewarm water with a little baking soda. Do not use vinegar. Rinse
and dry thoroughly. Avoid getting water on the lights, and control diplay
panel. Do not submerge or pour hot water over cold glass shelves.

The only Sub-Zero model with a water filter is the PRO 48 refrigerator. If a water filter is required due to high sediment content, our recommendation is an inline water filter. Please contact a local plumber in your area for recommended filters based on your geographical water supply. Replacement filters for the PRO 48 model can be purchased online at www.subzerowaterfilter.com or via phone at 800-768-0052.

Classic and Platinum Stainless Steel finishes can be cleaned using a soft, non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner like Signature Polish.(Contact Customer Service for a free sample) Apply with a soft 100% lint free cloth. Carbon Stainless Steel can be cleaned with mild soap and water. To bring out the natural luster of all three finishes, lightly wipe the surface with a water dampened microfiber cloth, followed by a dry polishing chamois. All work should follow the direction of the grain, and better results are obtained by keeping the cloth in continuous contact with the metal.
Our corporate chef recommends that you keep your oven door closed when broiling. Consult the broiling section in your favorite cookbook for more suggestions.
Do not place any cookware on oven floor, or use aluminum foil or other material to line the oven floor or side walls. Failure to adhere to this will permanently damage your porcelain.
